www.hotelstleonard.it or www.hotelstleonard.com shows you the best price for on-line room reservations. We offer, in cases where a lower on line rate with the same reservation conditions is found (specified in Terms and Conditions), this lower price plus a 5% discount on the price.

How does the process work?

It is easy to apply for the Best Price Guarantee at www.hotelstleonard.it. Just follow the instructions, fill out the form and click "send":
- Make a booking on www.hotelstleonard.it or www.hotelstleonard.com
- If within 24 hours (from the reservation date already confirmed from Hotel St Leonard ) and you find a lower online price (with VAT and other taxes) under the same conditions (as specified in the Terms and Conditions), fill in the Best Price Guaranteed claim form and send it to us. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply for reservations made within 48 hours of arrival date.
- Complete the Best Price Guarantee form and send it. We recommend you to attach a “copy paste” of the web page which shows the lower price following the instructions:
Open a word file on your Pc, go back on the web page where you found the Best Price, click STAMP on the Command and copy the schreenshot into the word file already opened on your Pc.
- Within a maximum of 2 working days, you will receive a response from Hotel St Leonard.
- After checking that the lower rate on the other website complies with the Terms and Conditions, we will send to you confirmation of the new reservation by e-mail, with the lower rate and an extra 5% discount on this lower price.
- If the application is not accepted by Hotel St Leonard, as it doesn’t meet the necessary Terms and Conditions, Hotel St Leonard will send you an e-mail justifying the answer.

Terms and Conditions for the Best Price Guarantee:

- Client should have an Hotel St Leonard booking confirmation made at the lowest rate offered online through www.hotelstleonard.it
- The online rate found on another website needs to comply with the following conditions with regard to the Hotel St Leonard booked best rate:
- same hotel
- same room type and bed type
- same dates of stay
- same sales conditions such as the cancellation conditions ,prepayment conditions,
- same number of guests
- same currency
- Rate must be available to the general public
- The compared rate need to be incluede taxes such as City Tax or any other taxes related to the room rate.Rate must be available and bookable

Rates which will not be applicable for the Best Price guarantee:

- Tariffe non garantite pubblicamente (come tariffe negoziate, tariffe per gruppi, tariffe per aziende, ecc.), prenotazioni non garantite da carta di credito.
- Non public rates (e.g. negotiated rates, group rates, company rates,..etc)
- Rates from opaque on line pages (web pages that do not identify the name of the hotel, the exact address, or the availability of the room until the payment of the reservation is realised).
- Rates offered in promotion packages
- Rates with failures on the Web Page at the moment the reservation is realized
- Variations of the rates due to fluctuations and/or differences in the currency exchange. The exchange rate need to be the same as NH had at the moment of the reservation.
- Off-line rates.
- The rates correspond to the pages that offer cheques as a payment method.

Other Conditions to take into account

Hotel St Leonard will not be responsible for any penalties costs or fees related to cancellation policies of other Web Pages.
In case that the Best Price Guarantee Form is applicable for multiple nights, “the Best Price Guarantee” will be applied to the total final price of the stay and not to each individual night.
Hotel St Leonard reserves the right to modify or cancel the Terms and Conditions shown on the Web site.
